I recently had an arthroscopy on my knee. The care that I received from all staff at Kims was outstanding; making me feel at ease and well informed prior to and after the procedure. I would like to say a massive thank you to all involved, including the MRI team and the doctor and nurse who performed my ultra sound scan.

I cannot fault KIMS hospital. It was more like a hotel than a hospital. Very clean and tidy no matter what time of day you were there. The staff were fantastic, everyone from the receptionist at the main entrance right through to theatre and all nursing staff. I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable at all times. Thank you for such a brilliant service.

I was very impressed with the whole process, it was efficient, considerate and everything went smoothly.
The staff were friendly, but still had a professional manner.
I couldn’t fault the facilities either, as it was all exceptionally clean and tidy

Hospital staff were very good, physiotherapy presentation was excellent but ultimately the nursiing staff were a little unsympathetic when my op was cancelled.

I have had excellent care before, during, and after knee replacement surgery. I was a National Health patient who was treated with compassion and dignity throughout my time at KIMS. The physiotherapy was good and all the staff throughout my stay were very professional. There was a mix up with the dates of my appointments but this was sorted out quickly and courteously.

From Reception through the magnificent wards,with what one can only say is probably the best care facility in Kent. I have just spent 3 days at Kims whilst having knee surgery carried out to very high standards by Mr Simon Ellis. Keep up the very good work.

Please do not look further than KIMS hospital if you are considering where to go for your treatment - 10 out of 10 in every single aspect of my 2 operations here is not a high enough score !
